Turning that into a business means choosing protocols, setting up operations and governance, and getting internal sign-off, and most telcos have no team that has done it before.

- Led an end-to-end Web3 transformation initiative: strategy, implementation and operating frameworks for a telecommunications business.
- Selected and onboarded protocols, then stood up the infrastructure services to run them.
