Lionscraft jointly Launches D.U.C.K.

The first draft of a knowledge base for node operators covering risks, mitigations and best practices 

The pioneering D.U.C.K. (Distributed Utilization of Configurations and Knowledge) initiative, bootstrapped by Lido, aims to enhance the operations of node operators. D.U.C.K. gives guidance around node operator specific risks and mitigation and brings transparency into best practices. Its goal is to equip the wider staking community with an arsenal of open-source tools and knowledge to increase operational security and robustness. Lionscraft, in collaboration with leading entities, took a bold step forward by spearheading this endeavor and releasing a first draft version.

A New Dawn in Staking Infrastructure

The community-driven venture aspires to foster operational excellence among node operators. By developing a comprehensive Risk Framework, Mitigations & Controls Library, and Communications Toolkit, all contributors are setting new standards in the way staking operations are conducted. The launch of the initial draft marks the beginning of a new chapter in the D.U.C.K. initiative.This phase is focused on gathering feedback, refining deliverables, and expanding the community of contributors.
