This event, held in the virtual world of The Sandbox, marks a significant milestone in exploring the potential of Web3 technologies for formal corporate activities and showcases our innovative approach as an organization. Additionally, the partnership agreement itself was deployed as a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) on the Avalanche network, further demonstrating the innovative nature of this engagement. Designing the Digital World

The journey began with Lionscraft's & stc Bahrain’s joint vision to transcend conventional limits for their partnership engagement. The teams then embarked on an extensive project to design a virtual environment on The Sandbox metaverse platform that reflects the prestige and professionalism of a traditional signing ceremony. The centerpiece of this virtual world was a detailed replica of the landmark stc tower, complete with digital Lionscraft and stc logos and banners. Further, props such as cars, a gazebo, palm trees, and more were placed to enhance the world further. This created a branded, immersive environment that mirrored a real-world signing ceremony stage.

Technical Preparations and Avatar Customization

Preparing for the virtual signing involved expertise and creative planning. We first had to acquire land on the Sandbox where we would build our world. This was done using $SAND, the official currency of the platform. The Lionscraft and stc Bahrain team then designed custom "skins" and avatars, ensuring that each participant closely resembled their real-life appearance and was dressed in formal attire appropriate for the significance of the event. Demos and practice sessions were conducted to familiarize everyone with navigating The Sandbox, handling virtual interactions, and understanding the dynamics of a metaverse environment.

Choreographing the Ceremony

The script for the ceremony was carefully written, outlining each step to ensure a smooth virtual experience. This scripting ensured that every participant knew their role, and every moment was optimized for visual impact and engagement. Key moments included:

Capturing and Sharing the Moment

The signing ceremony was not only about executing the live event but also about capturing these moments for broader promotional use. The Lionscraft media team managed multiple virtual cameras to record the event from planned angles. After the event, the footage was edited to remove imperfections, and promotional text and materials were added to highlight the essence of the partnership and digital engagement. This final video was then posted on YouTube as part of the official PR campaign.

Moreover, the partnership agreement itself was subsequently transformed into a multi-owner NFT on the Avalanche network. This NFT embeds the hash of the signed agreement and is publicly accessible for viewing on the OpenSea platform. ‍
